Information we handle

• Your mobile number and the subscriber identifier derived from it.
• Payment request identifiers, subscription status and related status details.
• Information returned in payment-provider callbacks, including transaction metadata.
• Basic technical request data recorded by the website or hosting infrastructure.

How it is used and shared

We use this information to start and manage subscriptions, check payment status, prevent duplicate subscriptions, respond to support requests and meet applicable legal or accounting requirements.

When you start a subscription, your mobile number and transaction details are sent to BDApps and its payment partners to authorize and process the recurring bKash subscription. Hosting and database providers process data to operate the service.

Retention and deletion

Subscription and transaction records are stored in the service database. The current service does not automatically delete these records on a fixed schedule. To request access, correction or deletion, contact support@freetubeapp.xyz. Some records may need to be retained for active subscriptions, payment disputes or legal obligations.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards for the service. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children and third-party services

This service is not designed to collect information from children. Payment and subscription steps may be handled by third-party providers and are also subject to their privacy terms.
